For one night only and in collaboration with Plateful Perth, Parker Group's Head of Culinary, Chef Brendan Pratt, will take the helm of the Fleur kitchen, bringing guests a one-of-a-kind six course menu crafted just for the occasion.

Settle in for a trip down memory lane following the journey of chef Pratt's most memorable dishes, each representing a milestone in his career from his formative years at The Fat Duck and The Ledbury to his celebrated tenure at Margaret River's Vasse Felix.

As we come together to raise a glass to twenty years on the pans, each of the six courses will be thoughtfully paired with wine, including an option for a premium wine pairing curated by Parker Group Head of Wine, Cyndal Petty, enhancing the evening with exquisite selections to complement Pratt’s journey.
